Service Learning Requirement
Students in the proposed degree program will complete one service-learning experience requirement during the senior year, in association with ALHP 435: Healthcare Career Development and Planning in Allied Health Professions. The faculty advisor and a designated site supervisor will provide student feedback about the experiential learning experience. The course will emphasize preparation for initiating a job search in the field and designing a professional development plan. The course will also feature reflective oral and written presentations on professional and ethical practice in health administration.
