Megan Crawford, MEd, CCC-SLP

Megan Crawford, MEd, CCC-SLP is a medical Speech-Language Pathologist with specialty and research interest in dysphagia (swallowing disorders) in the adult population. She graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor of science in health communications, the University of Virginia with a masters in communication sciences and disorders, and is currently enrolled in the health related sciences PhD program here at Virginia Commonwealth University in the College of Health Professions. Aside from teaching and working on her PhD, she currently works in the acute care hospital setting with a special interest in Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow, clinical education, critical care medicine, and tracheostomies. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Virginia.
